Greetings, Investing time to listen/watch/(and pay for) a webinar is risky business... I know that. You're busy, and time is precious. So the question is? Should you bother to attend any of the webinars we're offering on a monthly basis? It's a good question

It's all below, the good and the 'bad' (there was no 'ugly') - we've only removed some comments that were outside the scope of 'feedback' on the webinar. And... I've highlighted some of the 'choicer' comments.

Cheers

"Excellent new attitudes to incorporate into Agile as well as even the traditional waterfall methodologies. Great Webinar. Look forward to your book!!

"Great stuff!

Thank you!"

This is gold

Great topic, however a high level summary of the top 10 would have been a good wrap up (Note from Peter! added in the final session)

"That was time well spent. I've seen, and still see, all of these attitudes in teams I've worked with. It's nice to get some advice on how to abolish them.

Thanks,
Peter"

Great tips, though want to know the basics about Agile, being novice to it.

very helpful, and accurate. Thank you.

I thought it was great! I'm a PM in training and have just recently been introduced to Agile. I identified with many of the attitudes presented in this webinar. I thought the presentation was very well organized and it kept my attention. Well done!

Great presentation by Gil on realities of adopting Agile.

"Everything was OK.
No coments.

Thanks a lot..."

Enjoyed Gil as a speaker and his presentation was very informative. I am new to Agile and I look forward to his book. Thank you Gil for being a guest speaker.

I have #9 as my first most over riding problem - and so does my organization. thank you for helping me realize it. I enjoyed your presentation with the real world suggestions.

Great session - thanks so much!

Very thoughtful. I have experienced Agile in both small and large organizations and have observed that these attitudes are not isolated to large organizations. Well done!

Very good webinar

Well done--I had an opportunity to learn a lot

great :)

We're just starting the move to Agile; this provided some very good points to think about for the transition. Thank you.

very valuable - we're attempting to 'go agile' as we speak for a large project and many of these attitudes ring true. So thank you for your suggestions on how to abolish them!

Good thoughts even for non-agile PMs, of which I am one. Really interested in Agile, but don't think my organization culture is ready for it.

I really enjoyed this webinar. Of course, having been a PM and ScrumMaster for several year, a lot of the attitudes "really hit home". Thanks for offering this!

Actually I am not Agile yet but this presentation is really an eye opener. It is great. Thanks.

It was good; but I kept wondering if some of the advice wasn't a bit simplistic: eg the warning against 'if it ain't broke don't fix it'. Yes, we should have the ability to go in and make any change we like that might make our lives easier, with confidence that it won't break anything, because we have made the product with good architectural principles and we've got unit tests up the wazoo. Except of course,

Excellent Presentation

Good session. Most behaviours however are not only agile specific. Would have liked a bit more focus on agile - the good - the bad - the ugly - kind of discussion.

Gil is a great speaker - keeps moving, right on track, right on time. I learned SO MUCH from this! Thanks for keeping the intro brief.

"A clear and succinct presentation of the the issues impeding Agile adoption. Many aligned closely with a list of issues that we wished to address by adopting Scrum earlier this year.

Looking back, changing the culture to enable team empowerment was the most challenging task, more so for management than for the Teams themselves."

"A very good presentation. Thanks.
I have not had a lot of exposure to Agile as such, but this webinar was a very good explanation of team dynamics and how to get the best out of the team, any team, not just one operating in an Agile environment.
The focus on value was particularly relevant. We spend too much time doing things the same way that we have always done them, rather than objectively analyzing what adds the most value to the customer."

Excellent and insightful presentation. Thank you.

"Great session. There are some areas of Xerox that use Agile quite successfully. I see the attitudes you covered in so many people!

Thanks!"
