Greetings, Investing time to listen/watch/(and pay for) a webinar is risky business... I know that. You're busy, and time is precious. So the question is? Should you bother to attend any of the webinars we're offering on a monthly basis? It's a good question.

On April 29th 2011 we offered 'Who does Quality Assurance?', we had about 250 people attend this webinar, after the session we asked for feedback. What better way to help you decide whether to spend your time with us?

It's all below, the good and the 'bad' - we've only removed some comments that were outside the scope of 'feedback' on the webinar.

Cheers

Please offer some feedback on this webinar - thanks in advance
I enjoyed the seminar. Well put together.

really enjoyed this topic, The slides were an excellent match for the topic and the speaker was very enjoyable to listen to.

Excellent insights!

I found it helpful and well done. I could identify with the anecdotes he told and agree that modifications to management need to be made for projects to be better run and succeed. Let's keep spreading the word to the working world with webinars like this so we can all have smoother running projects. Thank you,

Well done...offered some different insight into how to approach QA.

Very well done and very informative. Very good point of view. Thank you for all your support in our continuing education as managers. Lumi Popa
Great Job. Very relevant and interesting.

Great as always! Very informative without being too high level or boring.

I enjoyed the wisdom and ability of Monsieur Bolton in his presentation; I learned that metrics should not be the sole standard of measurement for a project, but that qualitative input is really the primary value for decision making. I suppose this only makes sense in that systems are not solely mechanical -- they have been developed and now function because of the input and applied resources to the project by men and women who care.

"I enjoyed hearing the perspectives on quality and testing and measurement from another viewpoint. I am a member of PMI and ASQ and never have been exposed to the perspectives presented in this webinar. Thank-you so very much."

Good pacing. Learned a different way to look at quality assurance. Technology worked well

Very interesting analysis of testing and accountability. My perspective has changed. I thought the presentation was clear and effective. Thank you!

Very good overview - but enough detail to provoke serious thinking about the issues raised. Well done and thank- you!

Seminars are always well done. thank you for taking the time to help keep so many of us up to date in our continuing education learning.

Another great offering. Also appreciate that there a no technical difficulities with your webinars.

"Thanks for arranging this one and the quality of webinar was perfect including webcasting, study material and presenter's knowledge. Thanks again.

"Nice. Somewhat idealistic, but nice.
Thank you all !"

"Very useful as usual. I love the testing aspect of my job and I'm always looking for ways to improve the process.... Warm Regards

Good coverage, nice style and I really appreciate the references.

Thank you for providing the webinar, contained very valuable information. Regards

Excellent presenter. Well thought-out presentation, very straightforward. Good examples that translated across from IT / IS to other industries.

Good webinar, Made me challenge some of my prior thinking.

Very informative - wow - looking forward to see that Book Reference list again, it went by quickly at the end. Thanks!

This was awesome. Wish my manager was here to see it. Will send her to the recording ;-)

"...and now the dialog box appears.

Anyway... thanks for presenting this webinar."

Michael's visuals such as the wine glass and car parts really helped bring his discussions into clear focus for me on delivering a product versus having a mere checklist of checks and balances to give a false sense of "due diligence" having been done. This was an hour well spent! Thank you.

wow -- another supendous presentation... wish I had this material for my undergrad classes a dozen years ago

I was very impressed with this presentation, its depth and the follow up reading. And I thought it was going to be boring!!

"I really liked the topic and the way that this was presented. Definitely food for thought.

I realize that this is probably pointless complaining to the wrong people, but it is annoying to use a system that forces mac or windows. There are other systems (elluminate is what I'm aware of) that have broader support options but (as far as I know) very similar functionality."

"Good.
Nice to encounter another fan of Gerry Weinberg."

Good topic and speaker

Informative. Great slides.

Very Informative. Thanks!

another excellent presentation! I appreciate the fact that you provide intelligent, well-researched presentations; they are well worth the time to attend!

Great presentation with a new take of what measurement is (and should be) in the world of software testing. Thanks.

"Very good! A lot of material to cover in a short time. This is going to make me rethink our current testing program. In a good way of course.
Thanks"

Good presentation, relevant content.

Was great ... I'm in construction industry, so probably incuding examples from other industries besides IT could have helped to improve it. Nevertheless, great presentation ...congrats!

"""ISO coordinator"" is one of my job duties (in addition to systems analysis), so Michael's presentation gave me a lot to think about!

I would LOVE if you would e-mail the suggeted reading lists to attendees!"

great webinar!!

Hi Peter, A terrific presentation, well presented.

it was very good and useful

"Peter,
First time attending one of your webinars. For me level was just right. Lots of good information. I have managed software development before but not doing it now. Nevertheless, info was very useful."

Enjoyed the webinar on April 29th regarding Quality Assurance. Michael had a different perspective on the topic and will share it with my colleagues. Thank you Peter and Mike for organizing the session.

Thank you again.

Michael did an excellent job. The pacing was good, the ideas relevant and transitioned well. A very good webinar after a tiring day at the office. Thanks Guys!

Good presentation. This is something new to me.

enjoyed the hour. as always, introduced some new ways of looking at old ideas which in turn provoked some re-thinking and some original (for me) ideas. pls keep it up. appreciate the effort to help bridge the time zones down under

This introduction to Quality and testing is something I really needed. I will send a "Thank-you" e-mail when I get the PDF and can refere to the one slide that really made tonight worthwhile for me.

Very, very interesting! Not at all what I hoped for, but I still enjoyed it.

Great Job- Just right
